Our Story

We started with sheela towels in the district Solapur in 1990. We were a small shuttle terry towels weaver. Ten years down the line, in 2000, we shifted from Shuttle to Shuttless weaving technology with the whole terry towel manufacturing process set up. We started small but grew at an extraordinary pace. No one could believe such high-end towels could be made outside of Turkey. In 2017, Sheela Weaving Industries(SWI)was formed in Chincholi MIDC, Solapur district with all the advanced technological as well as automated processes.
